Design Leader | Systems Thinker | Builder of Better Paths

I’m a product design leader with 15+ years of experience turning ambiguity into clarity—and ideas into measurable outcomes. From Fortune 500 transformations to operational platform strategy, I help teams scale systems, reduce friction, and drive long-term business value.

My work spans aviation, retail, telecom, and media—whether redesigning airport kiosks for touchless check-in at American Airlines, scaling identity systems for 80M+ users at Walmart, or unifying fragmented internal tools at Alaska Airlines across baggage, cargo, refunds, and customer support.

At Alaska, I currently lead the design of employee-facing platforms. I inherited a distributed, under-structured team and have since scaled leadership, centralized research ops, and introduced visibility frameworks that align design with engineering and product in a highly technical environment.

I’m self-taught, Baton Rouge–raised, and shaped by the belief that design is as much about trust and people as it is about craft. I’ve mentored designers into leadership roles, introduced tools that outlast the projects they were built for, and worked across disciplines to help design lead with purpose.

I lead with systems thinking, coach with clarity, and build team culture through structure—not slogans.

Let’s build what’s next—and build it right.
