Design Leader | Systems Thinker | Builder of Better Paths
I’m a product design leader with more than 15 years of experience turning ambiguity into clarity and aligning ideas with outcomes. I help teams scale systems, reduce friction, and deliver work that lasts. Especially in complex, operational environments.
My work spans aviation, retail, telecom, and media. I’ve redesigned airport kiosks for touchless travel at American Airlines, scaled identity systems for over 80 million users at Walmart, and unified internal tools at Alaska Airlines across baggage, cargo, refunds, and customer support.
At Alaska, I lead the design of employee-facing platforms. I stepped into a distributed, under-supported team and built structure where it was missing. Since then, I’ve scaled leadership, centralized research operations, and introduced visibility frameworks that align design with product and engineering in a high-trust, high-stakes environment.
I’m self-taught, raised in Baton Rouge, and shaped by the belief that good design is built on clarity and trust, not just craft. I’ve coached designers into leadership roles, introduced systems that outlast the work they were built for, and brought alignment to teams navigating constant change.
I lead through systems thinking. I coach with intention. I shape culture through the way we work, not slogans on the wall.
Let’s build what’s next and build it right.
